RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Participants in the Early Innovator Initiative have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date received.To be eligible for a return, items must be untampered and in the same condition they were received. Shipping costs for returned items will be covered by the manufacturer for US orders only. All returned items are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Returned items must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer $65 (USD) international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cogito is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.
Please allow up to 10 weeks for your order to process after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
